About Services
Agencies’ services include but are not limited to; providing Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) to disabled and elderly, which includes, personal care, companion care and home- making, dementia care and services, intellectual disability, and collaborative hospice care.
Home Health and Skilled Nursing aides will provide ADLs and well-being care while with the client. These services include: assisting patients with hair care, dental care, and shaving, assisting patients with toileting, assisting with daily living tasks, bathing clients, changing adult diapers and cleaning patients, caring for clients with impaired memory, dressing patients, feeding patients, housecleaning, laundering clothing, light housekeeping, meal planning and preparation, representing patient during visits to healthcare providers, and running errands with clients.
This is to be standard based on the client's needs and per recommendation of the RN after supervision.
